Nidhi started her pre ballet class this summer. She loved her summer class with Ms.Amy and I decided to enroll her in the Ballet&Tap combo class for the school year.
She used to come home from her class and perform a few steps for her dear dad. It is a 30 minute class with15 mins dedicated for tap and 15 mins for ballet. This november she had her first stage performance at the Embassy Theatre and she also got to enjoy the festival of trees display for christmas.
Nidhi's class was the 19th out of the 20 performances and we waited to watch her perform on the stage eagerly. We did manage to capture a video of her dance as well. After that we went around to see the festival of trees and Nidhi enjoyed all the trees that were wonderfully decorated. In the end she had the opportunity to sit on Santa claus along with Mrs. Claus but she flatly refused to let go of her dad. Here is a pic of that followed by the rest.
Towards the end of November Nidhi lost interest in her class and protested everytime I drove her for Ballet. I decided to send her for swimming lessons instead with her dad starting this Jan at the YMCA.
