It has been 4 weeks since Nidhi's school reopened and she is really happy to be back in her own class. She loves her teachers (Ms.Ines and Ms.Carrie) and her classmates (some old some new!). This year she is busy practicing spelling CVC words and handwriting. I have bought her left handed scissors that she could use in school and at home..so that way she will not be struggling with right handed scissors and tearing up the paper. She has also worked on a poster called "Healthy,Unhealthy" foods in her school and we try to figure out what types of food are healthy/unhealthy at home as well. Pizza somehow ends up being healthy all the time!!!!She has also had her first food tasting exercise and seems to prefer peppers and raspberries over papaya. This friday is her first field trip of the year to Salomon Farms Fall Festival.
